Typo in tag v.5.5.3

I'm trying to use automated tooling (cargo-googles) to verify that published versions match the tagged versions in git. This made me discover that there is a typo in your tag name v.5.5.3 (the dot between v and the number), this doesn't follow the rest of your numbering scheme. An additional correctly spelled tag should be added at the appropriate commit.
