Web based widgets misbehaving on PC with Intel 11th Gen Xe Graphics

A user reports that their windows player isn't performing well:

• weather widget is missing the background, never updates
• on the second run of the layout, all web based widgets are missing (except for the weather)
• webpage widget pointing at MJPG stream doesn't

They have an intel 11th gen CPU with integrated XR graphics.

The same layout runs fine on 3 different test players we have in the lab.

After noticing this issue we went down two routes.

1. Asked the user to make sure they were using the latest driver, as per the above issue and this from intel

They have 30.0.101.1121 installed which is from 11/11/2021

2. Tried to switch the player over to using IE or Webview2 (which we still call edge).

The player has a local setting to fallback to internet explorer (WebBrowserControl), which we attempted. Initially we thought this solved the issues with the web based content (not the stream), but we're not yet convinced.

I tried 30.0.101.1191 (currently latest, 12/14/2021) and this also did not solve the issue.
