Allowing users to organize mods as groups & add notes about them.

Hello, and first of all, thanks a lot for your hard work on Penumbra.

Some mods are split into many, many packs -looking at you, HD Icons packs- and moving around or mass-disabling/enabling those mods in a single button press would be very nice (and appreciated), & I think groups would be a nice way to allow for mass selecting mods and then execute any actions on the whole selection.

Of course, that would mean that each modpack in a category would need to retain its own specific order within said category.

Also, a way for users to add internal notes to individual mods would also be very useful, just in case you forget 6 months later what that modpack with a fancy, absolutely not useful, name, does.

If this isn't the place for such suggestions, I apologize in advance.
