Is it possible you could add functionality so if I don't pass a duration to watch, it listens to all taps from start to finish and can place them itself in a timeline?

It would be also nice to have a button on the watcher (in the plugin) to reset the automatic watch timer as well. That way if the start is when I start the app and the end is the last one, if I click "reset", then that one resets so I can start adding more again.

I think this would be an excellent feature. You could also add this feature to all observables, so that even if you specify an initial duration, when it reaches that duration it keeps watching and expands the duration window dynamically to always include all emissions until the observable completes or errors.
