Mask is svg tag which is used in some svg (e.g. rust logo): https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Element/mask

Describe the solution you'd like
Tikz support also clipping mask which should be sufficient

Additional context
SVG from issue #163 can be used for testing
