Похоже Яндекс убрали метод, используемый для удаления файлов.

Вышла новая версия от ZZZConsulting, v1.15
Подробнее в соседнем Issue

Если нужно удаление с Яндекс.Диска, рекомендую обратить внимание.

Хорошо, но я сделал уже форк, который успешно работает несколько месяцев в автоматическом режиме :)
