Right panel

must have two tabs: Info, Describe.

Describe works as for any other object

Info tab must contain:

• Schema object type: View
• View name
• Query text

Left panel

Must have Overview and ACL tabs

Overview must display creation date
ACL - as usual
Schema - must display view columns, like it is done for a table

To be able to display view's options values (like security_invoker) we need to return this info from the backend at first. Here is the ticket: ydb-platform/ydb#5565

Another task for backend is to store the original view query "as is" (with all the comments and whitespaces). Progress is tracked here: KIKIMR-20659
