Add a community page

I think the website should have a community page.

It would mention:

• how to get help for Yew (e.g. Yew on Discord is awesome)
• external resources
• mention that planned blog ;)
• highlight some of the stuff in showcase
• community projects around Yew

Maybe the "meta" label is suitable for this?

Questionnaire

• I'd like to write this documentation
• I'd like to write this documentation but I'm not sure what's needed
• I don't have time to add this right now, but maybe later

Great list! Could we keep this issue open for now? I think there are still other things that can be added, such as a section on where to get support and a showcase section.
