When defining a script in Nuxt, it is possible to define a tagPosition parameter to position it in head or body.

Documentation: https://nuxt.com/docs/getting-started/seo-meta#body-tags

It would be great to be able to pass this parameter tagPosition with compatible values head, bodyClose or bodyOpen
