Add option to select individual dictionaries in Anki card format

Description
At the moment when you add an expression it adds all the dictionaries that are currently active, and there's no option to select individual dictionaries to put on different fields.

This could be helpful for people who have a lot of dictionaries and wanted to create a card for Anki but only with one or few dictionaries. It could also help people wanting to make the monolingual transition because there are some note types that hide the bilingual definition for you to try to read the monolingual definition and if you cannot understand it you can reveal the translation, the bad thing is that you have to manually move the definition to the field you want.
