It would be helpful to know what IAM permissions are required for the "CI user" AKA the user who is the AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID.
I have found this solution here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57118082/what-iam-permissions-are-needed-to-use-cdk-deploy
About to test it now. I realize the CDK might need more stuff depending on the services used but a base line CloudFormation sample would be really helpful.
