已经尝试了通过VSCODE的拓展中心直接安装和在github中下载最新版本release，通过.vsix进行安装。配置中也已经设置了启动。　　

SHIFT+O 选择图片之后，什么效果也没有，查看七牛云也没有找到对应的文件。　　
SHIFT+P 输入路径之后，什么效果也没有，查看七牛云也没有找到对应的文件。

VSCODE 版本 1.33.0 (1.33.0)
MACBOOK PRO版本 MAC OS 10.14.3

遇到同样的问题,在win10下使用最新版的VSCode以及插件,配置完成之后上传没有任何反应
