Needs some documentation to gain acceptance

Unless you happened to have used it at Y! (and even if you have) getting libcrange going can be very difficult.

We need a:

• quick getting started guide
• build instructions
• config file instructions
• range syntax documentation
• how to extend with modules

I'll see if I can cook up what I used at Admeld/Google when I didn't have my lovely Y! folks to help. 😄

Seco_Range has some basic range manipulation documentation but it is in the old style - and not the new ..

Also doesn't cover things like * to determine cluster of a node and other special range syntax

+1 for more docs. I'm an ex-Yahoo! and I am having a tough time getting this working too.
