[Feature Request]: Support for new lint rule definition files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The machine/rules.json file currently in use does not have a version control strategy.
As new documentation is introduced, the current format may soon become obsolete.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change the source of the data according to the new documentation. In the meantime, place a cache in the repository to avoid errors.
