Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently ZenStack doesn't support counts on delegates, as explained in this page of the documentation.

By thinking a bit about it, it sounded like "not that hard to implement," so I was wondering why it hasn't been implemented up to that date. Is there a complexity I'm not seeing?
