Create theme as RubyGem?

Have you considered making this available as a RubyGem Theme?

Not really something I was ever interested in doing. I felt creating and maintaining the gem would be time consuming and I personally have never preferred installing themes as gems myself.

I realise its something other people might like, but I can't see myself doing this work anytime soon. Id be happy for someone else to make a PR and do it.
