Low FPS + Laggy aim

I used lunar and i had to download pytorch so i used command ( nvcc --version ) and it was the one with 12.4 cuda so i installed it and everything was working but when i run lunar the aim bot only works with 50 - 60 - 70 fps and its a bit laggy and the aim gets laggy so is this normal or i have to do
