任务栏窗口位置变高

Windows11，台式机上使用正常，平板电脑一开始也正常。但是平板电脑启用平板电脑模式后，任务栏变矮，再恢复到桌面模式后，TrafficMonitor任务栏窗口变高，如下图：

重启电脑/重启窗口管理器/重装TrafficMonitor都没有用，这个位置异常能解决吗？
