pub fn main() !noreturn crashes the compiler

pub fn main() !noreturn {
    while (true){

    }
}

then
zig build-exe main.zig

Sometimes the compiler gives an error, sometimes it doesn't stop on my machine and the hole machine is unusable. Only Power off helped.
