Cannot automount NTFS partition using fstab #30
Comments
This is a dead project maybe use something like GuestSneezeOS |
@annaclets It should auto mount by default... How does your fstab file look like? Did you have a read on fstab in the ArchWiki? @GuestSneezeOSDev Not true. You can promote your project, but don't call my project dead. |
No you were not anwering Answers for a long time and i assumed that it was, i apologize for the Error |
@GuestSneezeOSDev I did do commits and also new releases, but i can see your reasoning as to why it might be dead, getting no responses from me here in the issues... I am sorry and apologize to everyone taking the time to do these issues/feature request/"please help" reports and getting no response from me. Especially now that the project has gained some traction and is at 111 Stars, i should have taken more care into it. I am going to do better going forward. |
I have successfully installed HoloISO_5.0.2.2_Tweaked-20240203_1320-x86_64.iso, and I prefer this tweaked mutable version more than the official immutable ones mainly because of its continued use of ntfs-3g, which the official ones have abandoned in favor of ntfs3.
The only problem is I am unable to automount the ntfs partition that contains my steam games using fstab. I find this quite baffling. Is there a solution?
