Fixes issue(s) #1637

Changes proposed in this pull request:

moved the _team directory to _authors
added redirects from old site
added support for alumni attribute
added more helpful error (includes path to failing file) for fail when author isn't present.

Follow up: add alumni: true to all authors who are alumni~ (@andre, is there a list somewhere?)
