1. Switch imagebuilding-demo hub to GitHub auth …

   - Create a new *org*,
   https://github.com/2i2c-imagebuilding-hub-access,
     to provide access to this hub. All 2i2c staff and @arnim are
     owners of this org, and can invite people as they wish. This
     is separated out from 2i2c-org so we don't have to invite too many
     members to the 2i2c-org itself. The only reason this is not open to
     everyone is cryptobros (grr), so be liberal with handing out
     memberships! But this is not a *production* instance, just a demo
     one - so expect it to break.
