The width of legend images are different between Firefox and Chromium / Chrome. This difference was due to bootstrap max-width css value.

renders layers correctly, whereas

has them deactivated.
Apparently this is due to OpenLayers.Control.Permalink taking control of the TOC, so it is outside LM, but should be fixed nevertheless.
