e.g.
http://geosisma-test.faunalia.it/cartografia/index.php/view/map/?repository=geosisma&project=geosisma_gen

renders layers correctly, whereas

http://geosisma-test.faunalia.it/cartografia/index.php/view/map/?repository=geosisma&project=geosisma_gen&lon=1129905.0271400358&lat=5495382.538588622

has them deactivated.
Apparently this is due to OpenLayers.Control.Permalink taking control of the TOC, so it is outside LM, but should be fixed nevertheless.

The bugfix has just been backport to the release_2_9 branch
We will wait for other bugfix before bugfix release

[DEBUG] #30 Legend size bug with Chromium / Chrome

The width of legend images are different between Firefox and Chromium /
Chrome. This difference was due to bootstrap max-width css value.
