1. As a new game, this Fortnite version will always be the latest. It doesn't depend on your local .PAK files, but instead, acts like bots act.
2. That means, as soon as the update drops, you can load the new files in FModel without waiting for anything else.
3. It really depends on your internet speed, if you have a bad ISP, it's gonna be pretty slow but if you have a good ISP it's as fast as loading the local .PAK files.
