Improve 'Update your payment information' link

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Currently the 'Update your payment information' link is add though Javascript. It's not possible to translate the link via the Shopware snippet system.
2. The link is appended after the payment method label. This makes the implementation in customs theme more difficult.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add the link to the snippet system and make it translatable
2. Add the 'Update your payment information' to the same div as the Adyen Web component. The link and the Web component are never shown at the same time.
