Describe the bug
Our Scheduled E2E tests are failing because the github runner cannot find the docker-compose command which is used in our steps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run a github action with the docker-compose command being used in the workflow

Expected behavior
The test should run normally and not find docker-compose when attempting to run
