This is a No-SQL-DataBase project — a simple no-SQL database, developed as a project for the database course at the Computer Science Center. This application consists of two modules — no-sql-database-client and no-sql-database-server. No-sql-database-client is a client part of the application, no-sql-database-server is a server part. The user interface is a cmmand line. Here are the available commands: help - print help to show all the available cmmands show_tables — show a list of all existing tables create (tableName:key, columnName1, ...) | create table:key, columnName1 ... - create a new table with specified name, key and attribute names drop (tableName) | drop tableName — drop a table with a scecified name get (tableName:key) | get table:key — get record (table rows) corresponding to a specified key update (tableName:key, value1 ...) | update table:key, value1 ... — update record (table row) with a specified key add (tableName:key, value1 ...) | add tableName:key, value1 ... — add a new record (table row) with a specified key and attribute values to a specified table remove (tableName:key) | remove tableName:key — remove a record (table row) with a specified key desc (tableName) | desc tableName — describe a table with a specified name exit — quit to over a work seesion To launch this application you need firstly to start a database server. You can do it in this way: java ru.compscicenter.db.tolmachev.nosqldb.server.httpprotocol.DataBaseHttpServer <database server port> <database server port> — port on which you want to start database server, for example 2000. Then, you will be able to launch a command line: java ru.compscicenter.db.tolmachev.nosqldb.client.commandline.CommandLine <connection host> <connection port> <connection host> — host on which database server is started. It may be a localhost or another host, where you have started database server <connection port> — port of the <connection host> on which database server is started
