Cyrus: Added unit test for data already on gpu and Ascent allocating to gpu
Emily: Exploring Caliper + Ascent on RZVernal
- Nicole: Doing the same on RZAdams but is behind
Cyrus:build_ascent improvements (silo, caliper, python virtual env)
Nicole: Working on WarpX issues -- has a worklet for type casting (uint64 to float64) and input array to an output array
