This is the first release for the standalone ER program since LLCoolDave suspended his work. This represents a collaboration between myself and KevinCathcart from whom this repository is forked. This release updates the randomizer to support v27 features from the vt randomizer including the keysanity mode, fixes several miscellaneous bugs in the old ER, and also adds a few features particularly more options for difficulty.
