Gives you a list of commands.
• New Empire: /empire create [name]
Makes a new Empire.
• Rename Empire: /empire rename
Renames your Empire.
• Claim land: /empire claim
Claims the chunk you are in.
• Un-claim land: /empire unclaim
OverClaims the chunk you are in.
• Un-claim land: /empire overclaim
Removes the claim of the chunk you are in. (Makes everything in it **vulnerable to griefers!**)

Sets the spawn of the Empire.

Teleports the player to spawn.
