3. 锅中倒油,放入姜片、鲫鱼煎至两面变黄。 | ||
4. 倒入2L清水,没过鲫鱼即可,放入料酒、葱段大火煮开,撇去浮沫,保持大火炖10min左右。 | ||
5. 炖至汤色发白,放入豆腐、菇类煮开,转小火慢炖5-6分钟。 | ||
6. 放入枸杞,调入盐、洒入葱花或香菜。(若加香菜需要先将香菜放入碗底,然后将炖好的汤倒入碗中)。 |
