When you duplicate a whole layout, and want to move it, and if the mouse/objects goes out of grid area, the layout will be divided n peaces like the screenshot shows :

left the original, right the one i moved around, and mouse came outside of grid

How more you do that how more the layout will shattered.
This happens on the upper and left side only
