Writing log to console output in Windows

I would like to write a batch script that loops through the logging output of antimicrox.exe --log-level info --log-file XYZ. I tried antimicrox.exe --log-level info --log-file CON, but this doesn't work because it appears that antimicrox.exe runs in a separate process from the cmd instance it's launched from, so the command exits immediately, and the CON output can't be used. Is there some way to have AntiMicroX remain in the console it's launched from? Or another way to log into the console?
