How can one log in as admin and easily add projects to featured section (Eg I would like to add this project http://makehub-milestone.rhcloud.com/#/project/8901617)

@stefania11 I added the heart beat project there. You just need to paste the project id in the google spreadsheet and it will appear in the list of featured projects.
Le me know if you have any questions/suggestions.

I tried to edit this document but it doesn't work, Thib could you please add me as contributor directly?

Tomorrow we're doing a big maker faire @ Ghana institute of Technology and would like to change most of the featured projects.

Oh, you made a copy of the original one which won't work.
Can you edit the original spreadsheet that I mentioned in my first post? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Am2p5Wh_lWpndHhDX1Q5azBuXzk1amNXN2dmQm9WTVE&usp=drive_web#gid=0

The website reads from that spreadsheet through google's API.
