We chose a very basic structuring of information.

To manage the information of one sheet of music, say FooBar, we simply use a pair of files:

  • FooBar.png for the image itself
  • FooBar.xml for the image annotations

A collection of unique sheets are addressed by a collection of unique file names, with no further structuring.
