Fix #13780

Summary

#13780 points out that accessing mongoose.Schema.Types.BigInt throws a compiler error in TypeScript. This PR fixes that.

Can we add a test to avoid a future regression?

@AbdelrahmanHafez good point, turns out that we also weren't handling BigInts in InferSchemaType. Fixed now.
