I made this PR to add some documentation to the provider to make it easier for next people to understand resources and parameters ! :)
And also following this issue I could create a weird state with a VCS workspace that did not have any VCS provider associated. So I pass the VCS_ID as
requiredin vcs_workspace to avoid this behavior !WDYT ?
