Accelerator.md fix parameter and version

Overview/Summary

ALZ powershell module has been updated with new parameter name for Get-ALZGithubRelease. -Releases is changed to -Release. The documented wiki command example will fail with the current content.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Update example command for Get-ALZGithubRelease
