This PR keeps the
aztfyResourceMapping.jsonandaztfySkippedResources.txtin--hcl-onlymode. This is to allow users to use--hcl-onlyas a preview/plan to see what TF config will look like, and use theaztfyResourceMapping.jsonas the plan output, which can then be applied byaztfy resmapto do the real importing.
