Revert Connected Kubernetes new parameters to target October release instead

This reverts commit 6d49acd.

Description

Apologies for this! There has been a slight miscommunication and our partner team indicated that required changes to the underlying agent which the updated PowerShell cmdlet will talk to are not ready yet, so we'll target the October release instead.
