Removed unused definition of ResourceIdentityWithUserAssignedIdentities in servers.json and ManagedInstances.json
These definition have been moved to common/v2/types.json in a previous pr and these definitions don't get used.
These definition are blocking making a change to IdentityTypes in types.json.
