Text Analytics nightly test runs are failing with:

Error Message
System.InvalidOperationException : Unable to find environment variable TEXTANALYTICS_TEXT_ANALYTICS_ENDPOINT or TEXT_ANALYTICS_ENDPOINT required by test.
Make sure the test environment was initialized using eng/common/TestResources/New-TestResources.ps1 script.

This was a Manually triggered build instead of a Scheduled build. I was trying different things and intentionally using the build.
Any time you see a build with Manually trigged by you can ignore it
