Improve ApplicationInsights Experience For SWA Functions

Today we can set ApplicationInsights instrumentation setting to a static web app, which eventually gets propagated to assigned FunctionApp . It is possible to set this both for production and staging environment.

The assigned managed function app information is emitted, which makes it difficult to correlate with Static Web App and associated function app telemetry in application insights.

Example the below Application Map, which shows two function apps assigned to a single static web app; one for prod site and one for stage site. The names of the app are guids (which is by design).
