Bug Fixes:

Fixes a regression that was introduced with the multi-scheme work where the LegacyCacheCompatibilityEnabled value was taken from the ConfidentialClientApplicationOptions (default true), instead of the MicrosoftIdentityOptions (default false). See issue #1268 for details.
