What changes are proposed in this pull request?

We have defined the trace/span models as dataclasses under mlflow/tracing/types. On the other hands, similar set of classes were added under mlflow/entities. This will confusing for both developers and users.

This PR unifies them into mlflow/entities.

  • Existing TraceInfo class is enriched as a dataclass.
  • TraceAttribute and TraceTag are replaced with simple dictionary for easier access.
  • New TraceData and related span dataclasses are added. They don't implement proto conversion, because trace data is just logged as a JSON artifact.
