Percolator (Käll et al., 2007) patch.
Implements the pin-tab format readable by Percolator. Implements a function to label libraries and adds a script to merge results from target and decoy library. Various additional scores are introduced and small bug fixes and tweaks were made. Additionally, updates to argument parsing and Readme file were implemented.
