hi @allen501pc ,

i had a look at the v1.3.1 and noticed the following issues

  1. the about screen has the old version number (1.30) and most of the text seems somewhat crippled

  2. the list of citation styles is very long. i would prefer keeping the shorter list we had so far, or maybe to add a few styles but not so many

  • The version number will be fixed. How do you think of warping the copyright text as "(C) 2012-2016 Docear4Word"?
  • What is your monitor resolution setting? In my case, I tested the resolutions : 1366x768 , 1280x768, 1280x720, 1024x768, 960x600, 800x600 and runs okay. The text "Citation Styles..." and its' following URL can be shown normally.
  • For fixing the behaviour of showing too many reference styles, I would like to roll back the style list as same as version 1.3.0 which is default setting that we published in the Docear official page. Additionally, the default styles will be replaced with newer ones in the current version.

sure

What is your monitor resolution setting?

The problem might relate to the font size of Windows. It was set to 125% (that's the standard for Windows 10 though). If I switch it to 100%...

I am not sure though if this problem already existed in the previous Docear4Word version. If it did, I would suggest to ignore it. However, if the bug was caused due to some changes you made, it would be great if you could fix it.

sounds good to me :-)
