This is a standard CodeStyle setting in most languages

I went with "Multiple statements in one line" rather than expressions. Meant creating a custom styling setting, but is more accurate. Also threw in some tests.

Sorry about the delay in getting to these PRs. I was focusing on bug fixes first. Might take me a few days, but I'll very likely be merging the rest of your changes too.

No worries! Was/am using a local fork with the changes I submitted, so I didn't have to wait until the PR's got accepted :)
