Hi, in the English version the text for flap.stick.true.tooltip contains what happens if one presses the button (Press if the view shall disappear when the focus is lost).

The German version is formulated as if it contains the state of the button but it doesn't (Bei Fokusverlust dieses Fenster schliessen).

So personally I would either add the phrase to show this says what happens if you presses (Drücken, um bei Fokusverlust dieses Fenster zu schliessen) or switch the both messages for true and false.
