Start with Starter Content
Change color palette
Change the background of a footer widget
Change the Headings Color in a footer widget Column 1
Publish the Customizer and view the front end
The text will update to match the selected Heading Color when it should not. It should text-contrast from the background.

Live preview is correct, front end is not.
